Meet Our Southern Maryland Teacher
Catherine Vestraci is the director and teacher of our Southern Maryland Division.
She is a Registered Nurse who discovered phenomenal results using reflexology in pain management issues with hospice patients. Catherine began teaching for BSR in 2003 and opened the first satellite in Southern Maryland in the summer of 2004.
She has her ARCB Certification in foot and hand reflexology. She is ACARET Certified Nationally as a Reflexology Instructor. She is an active member of the Maryland Reflexology Association and is continually active in professional reflexology conferences and continuing educational opportunities.
Catherine runs a private practice Roots to Wellness where she combines her love of reflexology with her vast knowledge of essential oils.
