BASIC (80 Hours)

This level consists of 3 weekends ($295 per weekend)
In the 3 Levels of Basic, you will learn:
 
Anatomy:
The Cell
5 Senses
11 Body Systems
Anatomical Terms
Structure of the Foot
 
Theory & Practice:
Ethics
History
Self-care
Legalities
SOAP Notes
Reflexology/Theory
Mapping of the Feet
Benefits of Reflexology
Reflexology Strokes
Zones & Guidelines
Assessment of Reflexes
Supervised Practice
Universal Precautions
How to Do a Complete Reflexology Session
 

There are also 25 hours of Unsupervised Practice and homework assignments.

This level does not give you the required amount of hours to take the National Certification Test. It does, however, give you a solid foundation to build your reflexology career.

 

ADVANCED (120 Hours)

This level consists of 3 weekends ($295 per weekend)
 
In this level we go more in Depth with Anatomy and Physiology, We review what we learned what we studied in BASIC and learn about the importance of Oxygen, Nutrition, the Cranial Nerves, and the Feedback system of the body.

We also study the structure of the leg, body mechanics, as well as the muscles, veins, and arteries of the foot.

 

We look at developing a business plan and marketing, self employment opportunities, insurance, goals, mission statements, and time management.

 

In this level there is also 7 hours of CPR certification, 50 hours of Unsupervised practice, and homework assignments.

Completion of both levels will prepare you to take the ARCB National Reflexology Certification Test.

 

PROFESSIONAL (80 Hours)

This level consists of 4 weekends ($295 per weekend)
 

This level is designed for a person who is looking to practice Reflexology in a Professional or Medical setting.

In this level we will focus on Applied Anatomy and Physiology, The Disease Process, Pathology, In-Class research projects, Writing Treatment Protocols.

 

We look at developing a business plan and marketing, self employment opportunities, insurance, goals, mission statements, and time management.
